March brings Wye Mountain daffodil festival

BIGELOW The 34th annual Wye Mountain Daffodil Festival is tentatively slated for March 1-31. Exact dates will be announced when flowers are closer to blooming. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On weekends, Wye United Methodist Church will offer arts, crafts, barbecue, cobblers and soft drinks. Daffodils will be available for picking in exchange for a small donation. Admission is free.
