Oaklawn Jockey Club saddles up for fifth year

The Oaklawn Jockey Club held its fifth annual kickoff banquet Jan. 11 at the Wyndham Riverfront in North Little Rock. The event, presented by the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Frank Fletcher Racing, was preceded by a reception during which guests sipped libations and perused various silent-auction items.
