LR homicide victim identified

LITTLE ROCK — Authorities have identified a body found Sunday night as that of a Little Rock man.
Garrick Smith, 19, was found at the intersection of Saxony Circle and Queensboro Drive after officers responded to a report of shots fired there around 7:45 p.m.
Smith died from a single gunshot wound, investigators said. Police say they don't have any suspects or know of a motive.
Smith is the city's seventh homicide of the year.
