Beebe appoints 28 to boards and commissions

LITTLE ROCK — Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe announced the appointment of 28 new members to several boards and commissions on Friday afternoon.
Among the appointed, four were named to the Arkansas Arts Advisory Council. Anne Douglas of Texarkana, Steve Holder of Searcy, Dr. Dennis Holsclaw of Arkadelphia and Donna Young of Van Buren.
Four were also named to the State Review Committee for Historic Preservation. Steve Cole of Lockesburg, Dr. Anne Early of Fayetteville, Donna Jones of Fordyce and Carl Miller Jr. of Little Rock.
