LITTLE ROCK The former operations and finance director of the Boys & Girls Club in Bryant has been accused of stealing thousands from the agency.
The Bryant Police Department said in a statement that officers began investigating after nearly $17,000 turned up missing during an audit of membership fees.
Police say an investigation led them to 38-year-old Jonathan Ray Glenn, the former operations and finance director. It wasn't immediately clear how he was identified as a suspect.
Glenn turned himself in Friday. He is charged with theft of property a class C felony.
