— Elizabeth Ann Wade became the bride of James Lloyd Lepine at 6 p.m., Saturday, July 14, on the terrace at Pleasant Valley Country Club. Officiating were the Rev. Gary Hollingsworth of Immanuel Baptist Church and the father of the groom.

Ginger and Steve Wade, 11200 Eden Lane, are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Ann and Travis N. Creed of Pine Bluff and the late Vera and Charles E. Wade of Little Rock.

The groom is the son of Mary Ann and Bob Lepine, 11114 Rocky Valley Drive. His grandparents are Criss and the late James Lepine of Little Rock, Jeannie Alaback of Tulsa and Lloyd Alaback of Wickenburg, Ariz.

White lilies, gold roses, blue hydrangeas and peach stock were set on a chest of drawers serving as an altar. Music was by pianist Eric Jones, violinist Bill Thurman and vocalist Greg Schick. Assisting with programs were Mary Claire Thomas of Little Rock, Augusta Clark of Birmingham, Ala., and Lauren Braucher of Athens, Ga.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown created from her mother’s wedding dress. The gown was made from the bride’s sketches by Honduran women with a ministry called Mi Esperanza, with whom the bride volunteered. The sleeveless candlelight gown of silk tissue taffeta was embellished with reembroidered Alencon lace encrusted in pearls. She carried a bouquet of thistle, roses and succulents.

Erin McAbee of Spartanburg, S.C., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kelsey Boone and Morgan Read, both of Louisville, Ky.; Amelia Creed of Bowling Green, Ky., cousin of the bride; Hayden Hamrick, Keighlee McCaslin and Paige Slaughter, all of Birmingham; Kameryn Kline of Zachary, La.; Mallory Murphy of Little Rock; and Abby Welbourne of Nashville, Tenn.

They wore sundresses of yellow shantung and carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.

Niece of the groom, Rosemary Peterson of Upland, Ind., was flower girl.

John and David Lepine of Little Rock served as their brother’s honor attendants. Groomsmen were Chris Allison, David Beuerman, Dawson Cain and Jim Wade, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock; Lance Hill of Conway; Josh Mitchell of Jacksonville, Fla.; Micah Sims of Pasadena, Calif.; and Ben Singleton of Denver.

A reception at the club followed the ceremony.

The bride received a degree in psychology from Samford University in Birmingham, and is attending Denver Seminary in Littleton, Colo., working toward a master’s degree in counseling.

The groom has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro. He is the online content developer for Tango Group in Boulder, Colo.

After a honeymoon in Clearwater, Fla., the couple will live in Denver.
