LITTLE ROCK — Mark Sloan, Rachel Eaton and Meredith Williams, finalists for the Arkansas 4-H Governor’s Award, had lunch with Gov. Mike Beebe on July 9 at the Governor’s Mansion.
The award is the highest given by the Arkansas 4-H program, and is based on leadership, citizenship, community service and overall contribution to the 4-H program.
