LITTLE ROCK — A Quitman woman died after she was thrown from her truck in a single-vehicle accident near Quitman on Friday morning, according to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police.
Victoria Callihan, 24, was driving south along Arkansas 225 just north of Quitman when she lost control of her truck about 10:10 a.m., the report states.
Her Chevrolet pickup ran off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned several times, ejecting Callihan.
She was taken to Baptist Health Medical Center in Heber Springs, where she later died, the report states.
