THE SKINNY: We’ve been familiar with - and fans of - the Skinnygirl line of libations, from margaritas to sangria (we see they now have flavored vodkas and wine).
Recently we were introduced to Skinnygirl Daily nutrition products, in the form of chewy On-the-Go Bars, available in two flavors (Banana Oatmeal Dark Chocolate and Dark Chocolate with Multi-Grain Pretzel). Both are labeled as natural, kosher and vegan.We’d also be tempted to label them as “expensive,” as a box of five bars cost $9.99 on the above website.
Exceedingly earthy in taste, we didn’t enjoy the bars.
We might need to wash the taste down with a Skinnygirl White Cranberry Cosmo.
