The Daily Citizen reported that Kyle Carpenter, 28, was sentenced to 10 years in prison on the felony charges.

Prosecutors accused Carpenter of using his cell phone to record women as they used the restroom at the hospital. Prosecutors say an employee found an iPhone on a shelf near a toilet in the staff restroom and noticed that it was recording.

Prosecutors say four women were captured on the video.

Carpenter will be required to register as a sex offender once he finishes his prison sentence.
