LITTLE ROCK — Four people were killed in a head-on crash in Lonoke County on Wednesday night, according to a preliminary Arkansas State Police fatality report.
About 9:09 p.m., Sonya Wiggins, 42, of Woodson was driving south in the 8500 block of U.S. 165 in Lonoke County when her Chevrolet HHR crossed the centerline and traveled into the northbound lanes. Wiggins’ vehicle then struck a Chevrolet Impala traveling north on the highway head-on.
Both vehicles caught fire and all the occupants were trapped.
Wiggins was killed, as was the driver of the Impala, Marcus Hancock, 31, and his passengers, Jessica Sullivan, 31, and Daquavion Keaton, 9, all of North Little Rock.
