LR genealogy fair planned Saturday

— The Clinton Presidential Center will host a genealogy fair Saturday featuring Connie Potter, archivist and records administrator for the National Archives and Records Administration.

Potter will lead a discussion on tracing family genealogy starting at 10 a.m., a news release said.

Additionally, information booths and staff from research entities including the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies, the History Commission, the Arkansas Genealogical Society, the Central Arkansas Genealogical and Historical Society and Afro-American Historical and Genealogical Society Inc. will be available.

The event is held conjunction with the exhibit “Dorothy Howell Rodham and Virginia Clinton Kelley.” Regular admission fees to tour the library apply, and reservations are encouraged.
