— An eastern Missouri woman is dead after an all-terrain vehicle collided with an Amtrak train in St. Louis County.

Police say 28-year-old Patricia Dempsey of Imperial was riding on an ATV driven by a 32-year-old man on the railroad tracks when it was struck by the train around 8:10 p.m. Saturday.
