CONWAY — Conway Advocates for Bicycling will hold an after-dark ride Saturday.
The 13-mile leisurely group ride will begin at 9 p.m. at Simon Park, adjacent to Conway City Hall, and loop around the west side of town.
The ride also will include a stop for self-serve yogurt around mile 10. Participants will receive a glow-in-the-dark bracelet while supplies last.
In accordance with Arkansas law, bicyclists are required to have a white headlight on the front of their bikes and a red taillight on the rear with both visible from at least 500 feet away. A red reflector may be substituted on the rear provided that it is still visible from 500 feet when illuminated.
CAB is a nonprofit organization that promotes bicycling in Conway and other Faulkner County communities.
