STEPHENS — The Arkansas State Police issued a Silver Alert Thursday for a missing man from Stephens, according to a release.
Grady Arnold, 77, was last seen Wednesday leaving his home at 1757 Ouachita Road 2 on foot and wearing a red and brown plaid jacket, green shirt, gray pants, a camouflage hat and brown house shoes. Arnold is described by police as a black man with medium complexion, 5'6", 160 pounds, and bald with brown eyes.
At the request of the Ouachita County sheriff's office, the Arkansas State Police issued the alert Thursday. Individuals with information of Arnold's whereabouts are asked to contact the Ouachita County sheriff's office at (870) 231-5300.
