Diane Niss was killed Sunday night when she was hit by a vehicle as she tried to cross I-540, according to a report from the Arkansas State Police.
Niss, 52, of Fayetteville, was trying to cross the southbound lanes of I-540 from the median at about 8 p.m., according to the report.
She was struck and killed by a vehicle driven by Dagen Moreland of Hot Springs, the report stated.
