LR police search for missing woman

— Little Rock police are searching for a woman, whose family says has been missing since Saturday.

According to the police report, Patrice Smith, 28, left her sister's residence at 11:30 p.m. Saturday with her boyfriend, 29-year-old Michael Robinson in a 2004 gray Ford Explorer. Smith's family says she's in an abusive relationship with Robinson, and has a protective order against him for domestic battery. Smith's father told police she was acting strangely Saturday night, and believes she may have been taken against her will.

Police also noted in the report that a neighbor of Robinson, who resides at 11200 Mara Lynn Drive, heard the two arguing around 1 a.m. Sunday.

Smith is described as black woman with light complexion, medium-length blond hair and brown eyes, approximately 5'2" and a heavy build. She was last seen wearing a purple v-neck shirt and light blue capri jeans. Robinson is described as a black male with medium complexion, approximately 5'8", short black hair and brown eyes, heavy build, and unshaven.

Police are continuing to investigate Smith's disappearance. Individuals with any information are asked to contact Det. Richard Kindervater at (501) 371-4737.
