TULSA — Tulsa police say two women have been arrested on first-degree murder complaints after a 19-month-old boy was found unresponsive in a car during a traffic stop.
Police say an officer found the boy in the back seat of a car that had been driven erratically at about 7 p.m. Sunday. The child, Zamontay Green, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the Tulsa World, police say an autopsy found that Zamontay died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Police say the women who were arrested were friends with Zamontay’s mother and that they were taking care of the boy when the mother moved to Arkansas.
