First Step Realty Inc., under owner/agent Pat Joyner, owns the four remaining abandoned buildings in the Little Rock apartment complex known as “Sin City” on Preston Drive off Chicot Road. The owner of the buildings was incorrectly identified in an article in Monday’s editions on a proposal to demolish thebuildings. The company incorrectly identified as the building’s owner, Master’s Hand Inc., owns several vacant lots surrounding the buildings.
