EL DORADO — Former President Bill Clinton will speak to recipients of the El Dorado Promise college scholarship program April 17.
The El Dorado Promise scholarships, funded by Murphy Oil Corp., have provided scholarships to 997 qualifying students to attend in-state and out-of-state colleges in the past five years. The foundation said about 300 graduating seniors qualified for the scholarships this year.
Clinton’s speech will be at 12:30 p.m. at El Dorado High School’s Wildcat Arena.
