Judge Morris “Buzz” Arnold has senior status on the 8th U.S. Court of Appeals, which he joined in 1992. Prior to that, he was a U.S. district judge in the Western District of Arkansas. His current status and history were incorrect in an article Saturday about Arnold being named as presiding judge of the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review.
Randy Bowling is a candidate in the California Township constable’s race in Faulkner County. His last name was incorrect in an article in Sunday’s editions about the county clerk’s office accidentally leaving the Republican candidates names’ off the ballot in early voting.
