LITTLE ROCK — Emergency crews transported a man to a hospital Monday after he was shot about noon in a North Little Rock neighborhood, police said.
North Little Rock police found the victim, whom they described only as a black male, suffering from a gunshot wound and lying in the carport area at 4825 School St., Sgt. Brian Dedrick said.
Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services transported the man to the UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock. Police did not release the victim’s name because his family had not been notified. Police also did not release his medical condition.
Police did not have suspect information but were interviewing witnesses, Dedrick said.
