Faulkner County Library to premiere documentary film

CONWAY — The Faulkner

C ounty Librar y will pre

miere the documentary film

Faulkner County at Work at 7

p.m. Saturday.

The film is a visual and

oral history of people who

have lived and dreamed and

worked in Faulkner County

for the past 60 years.

The Faulkner CountyLibrar y and the Faulkner County Museum partnered to win a grant from the Department of Arkansas Heritage to celebrate Arkansas Heritage Month.

Filmmakers from the University of Central Arkansas interviewed business owners, farmers, students, professionals, longtime residents andnewcomers to create a picture of Faulkner County as it is and was.

There will be a reception at 6:30 p.m. to honor the participants.

All library events are free and open to the public.
