A man was found dead in Salesville this morning, a report from the Baxter County sheriff's office said.
Authorities and emergency medical personal responded to a call that a man was unconscious at Peal’s Resort at 9582 Highway 5 South around 9 a.m.
Responders found Gregory Almond, 39, dead at the scene. A neighbor found Almond after going to check on him, the report said. Almond was last seen around 4 p.m. yesterday.
Authorities suspect the death may be related to health issues, and there were no indications of foul play, the report said.
The body will be sent to the state medical examiner's office to determine the cause of death. Authorities will leave the investigation open, pending the preliminary report from the medical examiner.
