HARRISBURG — A Poinsett County man was sentenced to 10 years in prison after a Poinsett County Circuit Court jury found him guilty in the 2011 beating death of a Trumann man.
A six-man, six-woman jury found Timothy Sanchez, 36, of Trumann guilty of manslaughter after deliberating for about four hours Friday afternoon, a Circuit Court clerk deputy said Tuesday.
Sanchez was accused of the June 30, 2011, beating death of Charles Kemp, 43.
