Marion man wins $1 million on scratch-off game

WEST MEMPHIS The Arkansas lottery says a Marion man has won $1 million off a $20 scratch-off ticket.
The lottery said Tat Sing Wong bought the winning ticket from an E-Z Way Food Market in West Memphis.
He won the prize on the Million Dollar Riches scratch-off game.
The lottery said this week’s Powerball prize is estimated at $143 million, while the Mega Millions jackpot is $12 million.
