Challenger out front, PB mayor concedes

Hollingsworth gathered Tuesday night with about 100 of her supporters at Harbor Oaks Country Club in Pine Bluff to watch the election returns. When she saw that she held a strong lead with 89 precincts reporting, Hollingsworth and her campaign officials cheered wildly. “We did it!” she shouted as tears streamed down her face.
