BRYANT — A former teacher with the Bryant School District has been charged with sexual assault.
According to a release from the Bryant Police Department, James Chad Green, 36, was arrested Oct. 31 on charges that he had sexually assaulted a student. The release states that Green served as the band teacher at Bryant High School.
The first-degree sexual assault charges were originally filed on Oct. 16 with the Saline County Prosecutors Office, which is currently heading the investigation.
Green's bond was set at $25,000. He is currently out on bail.
