Bryant teacher charged with sexual assault

James Chad Green, 36.

— A former teacher with the Bryant School District has been charged with sexual assault.

According to a release from the Bryant Police Department, James Chad Green, 36, was arrested Oct. 31 on charges that he had sexually assaulted a student. The release states that Green served as the band teacher at Bryant High School.

The first-degree sexual assault charges were originally filed on Oct. 16 with the Saline County Prosecutors Office, which is currently heading the investigation.

Green's bond was set at $25,000. He is currently out on bail.

And the James Law firm owned by Patti Davis, newly elected juvenile judge in Pulaski County,is representing the child rapist, which means a juvenile judge will profit from a juvenile rapist. Just doesn't add up!

Jason .... at this point in the US, this former teacher is NOT GUILTY, and he along with every other person charged with a crime deserves the best defense that his money can buy. If a judge/jury find him guilty, it really will not matter who his lawyer is at that point because he will be headed to jail.
