Entergy Arkansas workers to return from storm work

— Entergy Arkansas says its workers will soon be returning after helping restore power on the East Coast after superstorm Sandy.

Entergy said six crew members are scheduled to return later this week after helping in repair work after the storm that knocked out power to an estimated 9.6 million customers in the northeastern United States.

Entergy Operations Manager Larry Shields said about 200 workers were sent in October — first to the Washington, D.C., area.

They also worked in New Jersey and New York.
