— The second of two North Little Rock teenagers accused of robbing a houseful of people at gunpoint in April had his case transferred to juvenile court Wednesday.

Brodrick Lynn Livings, now 17, was 16 when he surrendered to police in April to face seven counts of aggravated robbery and theft, four counts of firstdegree false imprisonment and a count each of terroristic threatening and third-degree escape. Prosecutors on Wednesday agreed to transfer the charges to juvenile court under extended juvenile jurisdiction, which allows adult sanctions to be imposed if he’s not found to be rehabilitated by his 18th birthday. Jail records show Livings has a juvenilecourt record but do not reveal the nature of it.

Pulaski County Circuit Judge Leon Johnson ordered that Livings’ co-defendant Sheldon Love, 18, be tried in juvenile court in September over allegations the pair robbed people at a home on Parker Street in North Little Rock on April 11.
