FORT SMITH — A Greenwood man has drawn a 30-year federal prison sentence for producing child pornography.
Prosecutors said Monday that 45-year-old Judson Morrow is to also serve 10 years of probation after being convicted of using his computer to produce or attempt to produce sexually explicit images of two young girls and downloading images of child porn from the Internet.
Court documents show that Fort Smith police were notified after someone saw a pornographic image of a child on Morrow’s computer.
Fort Smith television station KHBS reported a forensic examination of seized computers showed that Morrow was using a peer-to-peer program to download child pornography images from the internet.
Morrow pleaded guilty in April to three counts from a 15-count indictment.
