On scene, police say Tamara Morman's 11-year-old son told investigators that Anderson "threw him down a hill, through a wooded area and on rocks," the report said.

The boy complained of pain and had abrasions on his lower right leg, police wrote.

Anderson was at nearby 11 Theresa Drive, where he reportedly refused to place his hands behind his back before police took him into custody.

Anderson was booked into the Pulaski County jail, where he remained Tuesday morning with no bail set.

Anderson is expected to make an initial appearance in North Little Rock District Court later Tuesday.
