LITTLE ROCK The wife of a Russellville doctor convicted in a bombing that nearly killed the chief of the Arkansas Medical Board is being ordered to report to prison.
U.S. District Judge Brian Miller on Tuesday signed an order saying Sangeeta Mann is to surrender by 2 p.m. Jan. 7.
Prosecutors say Mann hid documents when her husband — Randeep Mann — was investigated in the 2009 bombing at the West Memphis home of Dr. Trent Pierce.
Randeep Mann was convicted and sentenced to life in prison.
Sangeeta Mann is to serve a year behind bars.
Miller recommended she serve her time at a federal lockup at Alderson, W. Va.
