Arkansas man killed in Louisiana traffic accident

SHREVEPORT, La. — Caddo Parish sheriff’s deputies say a 34-year-old Bradley, Ark., man was killed in a single-vehicle accident north of Shreveport.
The accident happened Thursday afternoon.
Deputies say Terrell Brian Weems was northbound on La. Highway 3049 when he lost control of his truck, ran off the highway and struck a tree.
Weems was pronounced dead at the scene.
