Jacksonville police arrest 2 for aggravated robbery

The Jacksonville Police Department has arrested two men who were involved in an aggravated robbery at the Tobacco Store, 601 W. Main St., at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Marcus D. Williams of Little Rock is charged with aggravated robbery, theft of property, felon in possession, possession of a defaced firearm and terroristic threats, police said. David J. Golden of North Little Rock was charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property.
Jacksonville Police said Williams and Golden entered the store Wednesday and one of the men handed the clerk a note demanding money.
A handgun was also displayed and a man demanded money and cigarettes. No one was injured in the robbery and the men left with an undetermined amount of money.
