— Lillian Katherine Green, who goes by Kayce, and Phillip Matthew Price were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, in an outdoor ceremony at the Terry House. The Rev. Kurt Boggan, director of the Center for Clergy and Laity of the Arkansas Methodist Conference, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Betti and Lynn Hamilton and Patricia and Gary Green, all of Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of Donna and Ronald Green of Texarkana and Sue and the late John B. Blevins of Little Rock.

The groom is the son of the Rev. Belinda and Phil Price of Little Rock. His grandparents are Frances and John Pelton of Benton and the late Eva and Charles C. Price of Dumas.

Hanging candles decorated the arbor in the butterfly garden. Lanterns lined the aisles, which were scattered with ivory rose petals. Music was by guitarist Bobby Harrison and by Matthew Williamson, cousin of the bride, who played the ukulele.

Given in marriage by her mother and father, the bride wore a champagne-colored gown of English net with a strapless gathered bodice and a flared tulle skirt accented with soft geometric ruffles and a sweep train. She carried a cascade of bromeliads, scabiosa pods, succulents and dusty miller.

Meggie Green of Little Rock served as her sister’s maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Price, sister of the groom, and Sara Teague, Eveline Kent and Sarah Starnes, all of Little Rock. They wore sleeveless rust chiffon gowns with floor length overlays and carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet with added roses.

Flower girls were Felicity Hunt of Augusta, Ga., cousin of the groom; and Austyn Pittman, niece of the bride, and Adele Hayes, both of Little Rock. Ring bearers were Harry Kime of Springfield, Mo., and West Owen Wineland of St. Louis.

Best man was Joshua Gillispie of Little Rock. Groomsmen were Ben Barham, Pittman Ware, Dr. David Hayes and Karl Hills, all of Little Rock. Guests were seated by Carter Price of Washington and Brendan Monaghan of Little Rock.

A reception at the Terry House followed the ceremony. Guest tables covered in white tablecloths with burlap overlays were centered with a variety of items including moss orbs, architectural elements, succulents planted in family silver, rose bouquets and vintage books. Music was by Lagniappe.

The bride is a graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, from which she received a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies. She received a juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and is a deputy prosecuting attorney.

The groom has a bachelor’s degree in politics from Hendrix and is employed as a consultant.

After a wedding trip to Costa Rica, the couple will live in Little Rock.
