Two men wanted in Tennessee club shooting caught in Virginia

— U.S. marshals have captured two men in Norfolk in connection with a fatal shooting at a Tennessee nightclub.

U.S. Marshal Bobby Mathieson in Alexandria says Charles Liphford and Tevin Lumpkin were arrested Thursday night after leaving an apartment complex.

Mathieson says Lumpkin was involved in an Aug. 25 confrontation with several others at a nightclub in Paris, Tenn. The altercation resulted in the fatal shooting of 41-year-old Eric Kinley. Two others were previously arrested in the incident.

The 20-year-old Lumpkin was charged with first-degree murder, while the 32-year-old Liphford was charged with a weapons violation.

Media outlets report the two are jailed in Virginia while they await extradition.
