A Forrest City man was killed just before noon Monday when his motorcycle collided with a pickup, according to police.
Caleb Haydar, 22, died after his Honda motorcycle was struck by a 1996 Dodge pickup driven by Rita Stiles, 48, of Marianna, on Washington Street just north of Barrowhill Road in Forrest City, according to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash summary.
The report states that Stiles was traveling east on a private drive when she attempted to turn onto Washington Street and struck Haydar, who was traveling south in the left lane of Washington Street.
Police said that Stiles was not injured in the accident.
