Pavement testing to require I-30 lane closures

Pavement testing on an Interstate 30 frontage road will require rolling lane closures next week.

The testing will occur from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday in westbound lanes near the I-30/I-430 interchange, according to a news release from the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department.

One of the two westbound lanes on the frontage road will remain open during the testing, and traffic delays are expected to be minimal, the release states.
