Not as picture-perfect as the movie actor, or as cloistered in the rear of a tour bus as the rock star or crawling with advance men like the president, the “published author” (belletris publicus) is filled with nearly as much self-importance, and yet walks around free of the fanfare because, hell, we don’t know what he looks like.
But, Arkansas, let’s not be gobsmacked by some world-class authority on paper (Drew Cameron) or peanut butter (Jon Krampner). In fact, we’d like these out-of-town pedants to take a crack at learning something about us. About Arkansas.
