Chelsea Clinton to attend Global Youth Services Day at Clinton Center

The Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock will host a Global Youth Services Day event Friday with more than 175 local high school students, several city officials and a special guest.

Chelsea Clinton, daughter of former President Bill Clinton, is scheduled to attend the event, according to a news release from the Clinton Center. The day's activities begin at 8:30 a.m. and will include remarks from Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola and other officials; Zumba at the Center; healthy cooking and physical engagement sessions and service projects.

Chelsea Clinton is appearing to take part in an interactive lunch panel at 11:20 a.m. at the Rice Depot, 3801 West 65th Street.

Students will begin working on several service projects at 1:15 p.m. at Carver Elementary and Washington Magnet Elementary.
