Little Rock police are investigating a report of an aggravated robbery Wednesday afternoon at an apartment complex in southwest Little Rock.
Officers at the scene said the altercation began inside apartment 209 of the Spring Valley apartment complex, located at 8701 Interstate 30.
Three men were in the apartment when one man revealed a firearm and attempted to rob the other two, police said. One of the victims was shot in the right arm as he charged at the robber. The second victim was uninjured, according to police.
The robber then fled the scene on foot. The shooting victim was taken to Baptist Medical Center, where his condition was unclear.
The robber is described as a black male standing 5-foot-9 and weighing 140-150 pounds, Little Rock Police Department spokesman Sgt. Cassandra Davis said.
