LITTLE ROCK — Groups that want to reduce violent crime in central Arkansas are planning five days of meetings to address the problem from a variety of angles.
The Center for Healing Hearts and Spirits is joined by City Hall and about 30 other entities in organizing the meeting, which runs Thursday through Monday.
Attendance is free and public.
The center says session topics include law enforcement, education, economic justice, public health, community safety and others. There will also be parent and youth formulas.
Events will be held at a number of locations.
