Report: Arkansas only state to show increase in obesity rate

Arkansas was the only state in the nation to show an increase in its obesity rate, according to the latest report from Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

The report, F as in Fat: How Obesity Threatens America's Future 2013, says Arkansas — which has an adult obesity rate at 34.5 percent — is now the "third most obese state" in America, barely missing the top spot by .2 percent.

Louisiana is ranked first at 34.7 percent, and Mississippi is second at 34.6 percent, the report states.
