The second suspect sought in a Thursday morning homicide in Jacksonville has been apprehended, police said Friday.
The Jacksonville Police Department said Stanley Nelson, 32, has turned himself in to authorities at the Pulaski County jail.
Nelson and Courtney Marshall, 33, have been charged with first-degree murder and first-degree battery in the shooting death of Latravis Morant, 31. A second victim in the case, Sedrick Green, 33, was treated after the shooting at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock and released.
Nelson also faces an additional charge of possession of a firearm by a certain person.
Marshall is being held in the Pulaski County jail without bail. Pulaski County sheriff's office spokesman Lt. Carl Minden said Nelson came to the jail, but has since been taken by Jacksonville police for questioning.
