A 24-year-old Yellville man is accused of striking a crying 2-year-old with a pillow, sending the child into a wall and knocking her unconscious, authorities said.
Chris Vosececk is facing charges of aggravated assault on a family or household member, endangering the welfare of a minor and disorderly conduct.
The Marion County sheriff's office said the assault happened Saturday, when Vosececk hit the girl "because she was crying and had wet herself."
Police say the case remains under investigation.
