Authorities in North Little Rock are again asking for the public's help in providing information that may lead to an arrest in the fatal drive-by shooting of a woman earlier this month.

Sgt. Brian Dedrick said in a statement that residents can provide anonymous tips by texting the keyword "NLR" and the tip to 274637.

"Sometimes people do not feel comfortable calling us from their number," Dedrick said. "... This goes directly to the detective division and the caller remains anonymous."

A reward of at least $11,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the Aug. 14 killing of Samantha Cass Olson.

Olson, 31, was shot shortly after 7 p.m. while driving at John F. Kennedy and McCain boulevards with her child in the backseat, police said. The infant wasn't hurt.

The shooter was in a dark maroon 2007 to 2010 Ford F-150 with tinted windows, chrome wheels and a possible chrome bumper. A toolbox or welding box, possibly orange, was in the bed.

After the shooting, the truck traveled westbound on McCain to 47th Street and then turned left on Camp Robinson Road, going south to the I-40 area.

Anyone with information can also call the agency tip line at (501) 680-8439.

Dedrick said tips have continued to come in, but "no new information" has been developed in recent days.
