The Ozark Folk Center State Park will mark the 100th birthday of the late performer Grandpa Jones, who resided for many years in Mountain View, where the state park is located, with a pair of tribute concerts. Grammy-winning guitarist David Holt, storyteller, historian, television host and former Doc Watson sideman, will headline at 7 p.m. Friday, with Ronnie Reno and the Reno Tradition headlining at 7 p.m. Saturday. Doors open at 6. Jones’ widow, Ramona, and the Jones Family Band will perform on the front half of both programs, as well as in 2 p.m. “Remembering Grandpa” shows each day. Admission to those afternoon shows is included in the daytime craft ticket - $12, $6 kids 6-12, free for kids under 6. Evening concert admission is the same price.
