Crews are back on the scene Wednesday morning of a pallet-manufacturing warehouse in Little Rock where a fire broke out Tuesday night.

A light smoke was visible coming from parts of the large warehouse owned by Best Pallet Inc. as firefighters worked to open a garage door on one side about 8:15 a.m.

15th Street was blocked in both directions by fire equipment and a hose.

Little Rock Fire Department Capt. Edwin Woolf said he had no details on the Wednesday morning fire but said it was out by 8:30 a.m.

On Tuesday night, cews fought the blaze at the warehouse, 1500 E. 15th St., after getting reports of the fire about 8:30 p.m., Little Rock Fire Department spokesman Randy Hickmon said.

At one point Tuesday night, 10 companies of firefighters were on the scene of the fire, which was fueled in heavy part by the soft wooden material of the pallets.

A pallet warehouse suffered extensive damage but no one was injured in a fire Tuesday night in Little Rock.
